Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund. These include undergarments, hijabs or scarves that have been opened and used, clearance or sale items, and accessories that were sold as final sale.
Return Process
To request a return, please email us at info@hayaamodesty.store with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
After your returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or wrongly delivered items.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for products of the same value if you receive an incorrect size or defective item. If the desired product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
